Does the Mothra steel book have the Japanese Version

I already have the the English dub, and the only reasons I want to have the steel book are if they have better video quality and Japanese audio. So does the Mothra steel book have the Japanese Version?

It includes both the English and Japanese versions, a movie trailer, audio commentary by authors/Japanese film historians Steve Ryfle & Ed Godziszewski and a photo gallery.

The film's quality is a massive leap from Sony's DVD release.
