Godzilla: The Monster War- Chapter 14

     As Godzilla and his allies reach the shore of San Diego, California, after hearing a high-pitched, laughter-like sound over the area, they see nothing. Suddenly, something from behind the group splits Mothra into two. She screeches in pain and falls to the ground, hitting some buildings on the way. Two darts are fired at Godzilla’s neck, and the creature reveals itself…

     Stealth Gigan is ready for a final battle. With plenty of upgrades, including stronger, serrated scythes and more darts in its hands. It screeches at the group, and Angirius immediately rushes towards the cyborg. He leaps onto the air, but Stealth Gigan slashes Angirius’s underside with his scythe. Angirius bellows in pain and falls to the ground. Blue Fire Rodan flies in and attacks Stealth Gigan’s visor with his beak and talons. This gives Godzilla enough time to sneak behind the cyborg and punch the back of its head. Stealth Gigan screeches in surprise and darts into the air, grabbing Blue Fire Rodan by the neck. Godzilla nods to MechaGodzilla II, and the cyborg flies off in pursuit.

     As MechaGodzilla II arrives, Stealth Gigan looks and sees the mech. Stealth Gigan fires a couple darts at the mech’s eyes, hitting one. MechaGodzilla II fights back by blasting off Stealth Gigan’s left arm with its Mega-Buster Ray. Stealth Gigan screeches in surprise, and accidentally releases Blue Fire Rodan. He takes a couple of deep breaths, and then fires his Plasma Ray, taking off the end of Stealth Gigan’s tail. The alien cyborg seemingly disappears and flies away.

     Godzilla feels something coming, and roars. MechaGodzilla II fires lasers everywhere, accidentally hitting a few buildings. After a couple of them hit something in the air, MechaGodzilla II fires a couple Paralysis Missiles at the object. It falls to the ground, and Godzilla walks in for a closer look. The object is Stealth Gigan, and the robotic parts have been deactivated by the Paralysis Missiles. Godzilla notices the creature start to get up, and he realizes that its power is returning.

     Godzilla kicks the creature to the ground and stomps on it a few times. Then, he tears its wings, preventing it from flying again. Then, the cyborg gets up and fires a laser beam at Godzilla. The King of the Monsters grunts in pain, and slashes Stealth Gigan’s head. MechaGodzilla II and Blue Fire Rodan back off a bit, allowing people in the area to reload MechaGodzilla II. Godzilla and Stealth Gigan battle for a while before Godzilla fires his Atomic Breath at the creature’s chest. Godzilla sees an opportunity to destroy the creature, and charges…

     Stealth Gigan fires a couple of darts at Godzilla, but this doesn’t stop him. The King of the Monsters punches Stealth Gigan’s visor, destroying it. Then, he sticks his hand in the cyborg’s chest. He pulls out a bunch of wires and metal, along with some of the creature’s organic parts. After that, Godzilla fires another blast of his Atomic Breath, revealing the creature’s side. Godzilla uses all his power to rip out the creature’s buzzsaw. Godzilla sneaks up behind the creature and puts it around Stealth Gigan’s neck, and pulls the creature towards him. Godzilla rips off the top of the creature’s head, and fires a long blast of his Atomic Breath down the hole, blowing up most of the creature. Bits of metal and blood rain down as the King of the Monsters roars in victory. The group hears the high pitched, laughter-like sound again, and heads back to the ocean.

     As the group approaches San Francisco, they see nothing but fire and destruction. Then, they locate the source of the noise: the King of Terror himself…
